Bio
I'm Philipp, but you can call me Pele. I'm from Switzerland and have a 17-year-old son. I’m passionate about hiking, skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, literature, philosophy, politics, and connecting with interesting people.

My entrepreneurial journey began in 2007 with language camps, sparked by a deep desire to bring people together. In 2017, I bought my first hotel and gradually expanded to more properties across Switzerland and beyond. Over the years, I’ve hosted a wide range of events — from language and ski camps to yoga retreats, hiking weeks, networking events, and nomad festivals.

In 2020, I partnered with Stefan to turn some of these places into coliving spaces, giving rise to coliving.frilingue — a network of five colivings in Switzerland and Montenegro. We also co-create Nomad Fests in Switzerland and Bosnia, as well as a multi-country journey from Bosnia to Switzerland to Italy with 3-week chapters in different colivings.

I’m the main owner of most of my companies, but not all — for example:

I always build businesses with trusted partners and am always open to new collaborations.

🛖 Coliving Revolution
We crowdfund and co-own hotels worldwide, transforming them into community-based coliving spaces. Our Swiss Alps Coliving is the first model of this new ownership concept — and you’re welcome to invest.

🗺️ Nomad Trail
A land route for digital nomads from Ireland to Antalya, with stops in inspiring locations. It’s about slow travel, remote work, and cultural immersion — including curated coliving stays along the way.

🎪 Nomad Fest Network
After becoming a co-owner of Bansko Nomad Fest, we launched nomad-fest.com to create a global ecosystem of interconnected nomad festivals.

🏡 Family Hostel
A network of family-friendly colivings in Switzerland. Parents can work remotely while kids enjoy playful and educational programs.

🧓 Silver Nomadz
Work-travel adventures for older nomads (and younger ones, too). We organize 2-week to 2-month chapters, giving courage and community to those starting later in life.

🏢 Company Retreats
We offer offsites and retreats for teams in inspiring Swiss locations, including facilitation, team-building, and nature-based experiences.
